The itatex has in its physical structure a comfortable auditorium capable of behaving all the employees of the company, where they participate in collective meetings, lectures, and qualification courses, with professionals of the area, investing in the improvement of our employees so that they can grow professionally together with the company, performing its functions with high standards, and practicality.

We also offer a "Welcome to Itatex" visit program to present the processes and facilities in the factory park. The program is also open to professionals who work in other companies and wish to conduct benchmarking to exchange experiences with the Itatex team. Visitors can choose to know the Productive Processes - which transform from raw cotton yarn to finished finished product with Itatex quality; or some other specific area in which they wish to deepen their knowledge.

To participate, you must contact us by e-mail, making the appointment, with a date suggestion, informing the area to be visited and the purpose of the visit. This must be done at least 20 days in advance. The groups should be formed by a maximum of 40 people. We will be happy to welcome you and show you how Itatex seeks to innovate in its products, processes and actions.
